Stewart first started his career in electronic engineering before moving to BT where he worked his way up to become a planning manager with a budget of over 2 million to control. With a desire to own his own company Stewart decided on a career change to Electrical in 2001 where he quickly learned the trade before creating his own successful company in 2008. Three years later he amalgamated his company and went into partnership with Adam.
Stewart adapts a proactive style of leadership and displays a ‘hands on’ approach which he feels is fundamental to a successful company. Stewart oversees all aspects of running the company from controlling the bank balance to making sure Blu’s apprentices are performing and happy.
Stewart’s hobbies are football, managing a local junior team, golf and wine tasting.
Adam starting his career in the electrical industry at 17 with an apprenticeship with the South Eastern Electricity Board. He continued his development in the industry with jobs for various local electrical contractors before becoming a self- employed contractor running a small group of electricians on new build contracts.
He set up Blu in 2010 with a view to providing an excellent service to his clients and also providing a platform to provide local school leavers with the chance to gain a start in the industry.
Adam had gone on to gain additional qualification in testing, PV, Ventilation and Design of Electrical Installations.

Adams hobbies and football, season ticket holder at Crystal Palace, managing a junior football team, golf and is an avid cyclist
Amy heads the finance department and works closely with the MD to ensure the company’s books are healthy. Amy has gained nearly twenty years’ experience in a wide range of financial environments. As well as the finance Amy also looks after our supply chain, employees and subcontractors, not only making sure all paperwork is up to date but assisting with morale at all times.
